For your convenience, our services come with an online planner. The planner is complete with timelines, music request lists and planning forms for each service you book with us. Our Online Event Planner helps all of our clients reach their goal of having their perfect event. Here’s some more information about our site and the online planner:

Client Area: The Client Area serves as a password-protected gateway to the tools that you can use to plan your event, such as the Planning Forms and Event Timelines. You only need your event date and password to login, edit your event, and submit your information.

Planning Forms: Now you can design and coordinate every specific detail of your event, from location and times to formal photos and bridal party introductions! You can even save your work for continued progress. Upon completion, the event details are electronically submitted directly to the Photographer!

Event Timeline: This system will allow you to coordinate with your Photographer and the other vendors the precise sequence of activities to take place during your special event. Timelines are savable for ongoing progress.

Music Database: You can search our most up-to-date music library right on our website! You can do keyword searching, browsing, listen to song samples, view song lyrics, view song suggestions for slideshows and photo montages. You will also be able to save your list for continued progress.

Payment Gateway: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal as forms of online payment. Feel confident and safe making payments on our encrypted website. You can make payments 24 hours a day, even when the office is closed!
